In the section “Ready-made projects”, we have provided buildings designed according to the system. Each of these projects can be modified individually depending on the construction site and the client's requirements.

It is important to know that the IBT construction technology allows the building of structures with any type of architecture, according to the client’s wishes—regardless of the shape, purpose, or number of floors.

The construction technology is applicable in the following cases:

• When a complete architectural project is provided by the client. In this case, it is necessary to prepare a structural project based on the technology. It is also recommended to revise the “Heating and Ventilation” project (if it already exists) due to the reduced energy consumption of buildings constructed using the technology.
• When no architectural project is available from the client. In this case, it is possible to develop an individual project for all parts according to the investor’s requirements.
• For existing or partially built structures (reinforced concrete or metal), where IBT panels and elements can be used as partition and facade components.
