THERMAL INSULATION


Thermal performance efficiency
In accordance with Regulation No. RD-02-20-3/2022

Economic effect: With U = 0.215 W/(m²K), the wall falls into the category of highly energy-efficient buildings (close to Passive House standards, where U ≤ 0.15 W/(m²K) is required).
The structure complies with Regulation No. RD-02-20-3 / 2022 with a 23% margin below the maximum allowable value Umax = 0.28 W/(m²K).


SOUND INSULATION

The sound insulation capacity of double panels is 38 dB at 500 Hz, meaning that external noise is reduced approximately six times compared to indoor levels. This result is achieved thanks to the panel’s five-layer structure in its finished state (plaster, polystyrene, reinforced concrete, polystyrene, plaster), with different densities (15–25 kg/m³ for polystyrene, 2000 kg/m³ for concrete, and 1500 kg/m³ for plaster), making it one of the most effective soundproofing and resonance-reducing solutions.


FIRE RESISTANCE

The double panel provides REI 150 fire resistance. At 1000°C on one side, after 3–4 hours the opposite side reaches only 48°C.
These results are achieved due to the panel’s layered structure and the melting behavior of polystyrene, which, unlike chlorine-based products such as polyurethane, does not release harmful gases.


STRUCTURAL STRENGTH

Unlike traditional building systems that rely on load-bearing columns and beams made of reinforced concrete, while the remaining walls are constructed from lighter materials (brick, aerated concrete, drywall, etc.), all perimeter walls in our system—whether single or double load-bearing walls—are reinforced with structural concrete. This means the building is monolithic, forming a continuous protective shell against external threats such as impact, projectiles, or radiation.


SEISMIC RESISTANCE

"IBT" is an anti-seismic structural building system. Structural quality: excellent behavior under seismic action. A building constructed using "IBT" technology results in up to 20 times less deformation compared to traditional buildings under the same conditions. "IBT" is an advanced building system capable of realizing architectural forms from the simplest to the most complex, from low-rise buildings up to 20 stories, without compromising seismic performance.
